When you’re ready to move ahead, a non-refundable recruitment retainer is completed so we can begin searching for the perfect match!

This is the fun part! We thoughtfully introduce you to caregivers who we believe will genuinely fit your family, not just on paper, but in personality and values too. You’ll meet serious candidates, take your time, and choose the person who feels right in your home. Once your caregiver accepts an offer, a placement fee is due and we celebrate the beginning of a long-term match!

Our relationship doesn’t end once a placement is made. We stay available for support as everyone settles in, because building the right village takes time, and we want it to last!
